Birth Story Holding Sessions

These sessions are for anyone who has experienced or witnessed childbirth. Whether it was yesterday or 50 years ago, our birth stories stay with us and play a part in shaping our visions of ourselves, our relationships with our children, our communities, and the unfolding of the rest of our lives. What arises in these sessions will be unique to you and your story. I have some guiding questions and ways to ground our conversation but there is no agenda or list of topics to get through. I have designed this offering to be 1:1 to allow the focus to be fully on you and your experience. When you reserve time with me, I will send you an email with guidance of how to prepare for our time together and suggestions for aftercare. Thank you for trusting me with your birth story. I'm looking forward to being with you.
